Cyber Security Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Team Lead to join our team in Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cyber security professionals in protecting our organization's systems and data from cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of cyber security professionals
• Develop and implement cyber security policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all systems
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cyber security
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred
• Experience with security tools and technologies
• Data Security Standards (DSS) standards and requirements
• Various technologies including Proxies, Firewalls, Switches, Routers
• Service and contract management standards and approach to best benefit the department
• Systems and best practices to follow while implementing and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and other metrics
• Contract and service management, controls, standards and best practices
