Description
- L2 incident resolution, platform maintenance, DR testing, privileged-account onboarding, SLA/ITIL operations, 24x7 on-call support, SOP/runbook maintenance.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures to improve platform stability and security.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams to support integrations, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure operational continuity.
- 3 years of experience
- CyberArk EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, CCP, PAM Microservices; REST APIs; Splunk/ELK/Datadog; Linux/Windows; Entra ID/AD; RBAC
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell, Python or shell scripting).
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, privileged access management (PAM) governance and access control principles.
- Confident English
- Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
