We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst L2 (Blue Team) to join a team dedicated to security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response. We are seeking a highly autonomous professional with hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, capable of managing the SIEM use case lifecycle and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor compliance with SLAs defined for cybersecurity operations.
  • Create, develop, and optimize detection use cases within SIEM platforms.
  • Ensure the governance and lifecycle management of use cases, from requirements gathering and implementation to review and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze security events and alerts, identifying potential threats and suspicious activities.
  • Participate in Threat Hunting activities to proactively identify emerging threats.
  • Support vulnerability analysis and tracking activities, contributing to risk mitigation efforts.
  • Investigate security incidents and collaborate in the definition of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Produce technical documentation and activity reports.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effectiveness of security processes.
  • More than 2 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Operations / SOC Level 2 roles within a Blue Team environment.
  • Solid experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel), including rule creation and management, event correlation, and use case development.
  • Strong knowledge of log analysis, incident investigation, and security monitoring.
  • Experience in Threat Hunting and threat analysis.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices will be considered a plus.
