Senior Cybersecurity Analyst in ONESECURE's 24/7 AI-driven SOC in Kuala Lumpur: leads deep investigation of complex endpoint, network, and cloud incidents, threat hunting, detection-rule and playbook improvement, and mentors junior analysts. Core tooling spans SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to lead advanced threat detection, incident response, and continuous security improvement within ONESECURE’s 24/7 AI-driven Security Operations Centre (SOC).
This role goes beyond monitoring — it focuses on deep investigation, threat correlation, playbook improvement, and mentoring junior analysts, ensuring customers benefit from a proactive and intelligence-led defence approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead investigation of complex security incidents across endpoints, network, and cloud
Correlate alerts across SIEM, EDR, web monitoring, and threat intelligence platforms
Drive incident response for high-severity threats, including containment and remediation coordination
Perform proactive threat hunting and root cause analysis
Enhance detection rules, use cases, and SOC automation workflows
Ensure accurate alert triage, escalation, and incident reporting
Mentor junior analysts and review quality of investigations
Engage customers on incident updates and post-incident reporting
Requirements
Experience
4–7+ years in cybersecurity operations / SOC / incident response
Proven experience handling complex incidents across multiple domains (endpoint, network, cloud)
Experience working in MSSP or 24/7 SOC environment preferred
Certifications (Preferred)
GIAC (GCIA, GCIH, GCED)
Microsoft Security certifications (SC-200, SC-100)

Ability to communicate complex incidents clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
