If you're looking to push your tech career forward while helping to secure a major global technology estate, join the client's Cybersecurity Science & Analytics (CSA) team. You'll be part of a multi-skilled group of cybersecurity scientists, data and analytics professionals, and engineers-using advanced analytics and cloud-based data platforms to build next-generation cybersecurity capabilities.

What you'll be doing:
* Ingest, provision and enhance raw datasets, enriched tables and curated data assets for cybersecurity use cases
* Improve reliability and frequency of data ingestion, expanding real-time coverage
* Design and build data pipelines that collect, transport and deliver data from multiple internal and external sources
* Deliver ETL workflows using advanced data manipulation and programmatic processing to ensure the right data is available at each stage
* Onboard and validate new data sources using existing schemas, including exploratory analysis to define new schemas
* Support and enhance ingestion infrastructure, pipelines and production operations for critical analytics needs
* Contribute to data engineering and platform engineering activities across data acquisition, cloud infrastructure and analytics platform support

What you'll bring:
* A strong grasp of SRE principles for managing large-scale cloud infrastructure
* Hands-on experience with SRE and Azure DevOps practices
* Ability to script and code (Bash/PowerShell, Azure CLI; Python/C#/Java) and query data (SQL, Kusto query language)
* Experience with software version control and CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub)
* Demonstrable Linux administration and scripting, plus an understanding of storage, networking fundamentals and system principles
* Technical breadth across data engineering: pipelines, automation, productionisation and optimisation, including real-time analytics for large-scale datasets
* Comfort working with cloud and big data technologies (Azure preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform)

Additional information:
* Cybersecurity-specific knowledge is preferred, but not essential-CSA will support your growth across domains
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for learning are key
