About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced Security Architect to join an international project supporting Frontex – IRMA 2.0, a strategic platform used for secure communication, identity and access management, operational coordination, and information sharing across European border management operations.

Our expectations

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Software Architect, Security Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a similar senior role.
  • At least 4 certifications among: CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, CNDA, CGEIT, CRISC, SCPA, SCMA, GSNA, GCCC, GPPA or an equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Secure Software Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC), Security Architecture frameworks, Security by Design and Privacy by Design, Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication and authorization, cryptography, application security, enterprise security architecture, risk assessment, and current cybersecurity technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint platform architecture.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model – 5 days per month from the office in Warsaw (Plac Europejski 6).

Nice to have

  • Experience working within large enterprise or public-sector environments is highly desirable.
