Cybersecurity Consultant - Cloud Security Services

About the role

At Métrica España, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant for a position in Cloud Security Services, with a scope covering solution design, security operations, and project management in large-scale and highly complex environments. At least 5 years of experience required.

What you'll do

• Design and implement cybersecurity infrastructures and solutions for large-scale and highly complex environments.
• Contribute to security governance and the definition of architectural best practices in traditional and cloud environments.
• Participate in cybersecurity operations within the framework of SOC/CERT teams.
• Manage cybersecurity projects, coordinating technical aspects and their execution.
• Apply security criteria to IoT and OT communications and environments, using recognized standards and methodologies as a reference.

What we're looking for

University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

At least 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.

How you'll work

Modality: Hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days on-site.

Availability to work on-site in Barcelona two days per week.

Experience in

• Design and implementation of cybersecurity infrastructures and solutions.
• Security operations as part of SOC/CERT teams.
• Management of cybersecurity projects in large and complex environments.

Knowledge of

• Security governance and architectural best practices in traditional and cloud environments.
• Security in communication protocols, such as TCP/IP and HTTP/S.
• Security in IoT and OT environments.
• Reference architectures from major cybersecurity solution manufacturers.
• Recognized standards and methodologies in cybersecurity.
