We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity professional to join a major program of work.
Key Requirements
Governance & Frameworks: Deep expertise in Australian Government security frameworks, including PSPF, ISM, and Essential Eight.
GRC & Risk Management: Extensive background in GRC and risk management, with proven ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and control gap analyses on Fortinet systems. To add, identifying threats, document security risks, and recommend actionable remediation strategies.
Technical Specialisation: Hands-on experience with Fortinet systems is essential
Incident Response: Practical experience in cybersecurity incident response, including planning and executing Incident Response exercises.
Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to advise project teams, liaise with agency leadership, and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Domain Experience: Prior Australian Federal Government experience is highly regarded.
Security Clearances: All candidates must hold an active NV1 Security Clearance to be considered for this role.
Location: Open to candidates located anywhere in Australia.
