Cybersecurity Consultant / Penetration Tester

Your Tasks

• Provide strategic and technical cybersecurity advisory services to clients in the OT, automotive (mobility), and IoT sectors
• Plan and execute comprehensive penetration tests and vulnerability assessments on industrial control systems, automotive components, and connected wireless devices
• Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA) to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate potential impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Evaluate client systems, architectures, and products against emerging European and global regulations, primarily focusing on RED Cybersecurity requirements and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
• Guide clients through compliance journeys leveraging industry-standard frameworks and methodologies

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with key cybersecurity standards and frameworks with minimum over 5 years, including:
  • IEC 62443: Security for Industrial Automation and Control Systems (OT Security)
  • ISO/SAE 21434: Road Vehicles – Cybersecurity Engineering (Mobility Security)
  • EN 18031 series: Harmonized standards for RED Cybersecurity (Articles 3.3 d, e, f)
  • NIS2 Directive: Network and Information Security Directive
• Proven experience in conducting formal Risk Analysis and Threat Modeling
• Practical experience in penetration testing methodologies, tools, and exploit development
• Recognized cybersecurity certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional), or CEH
• Strong understanding of the embedded systems, radio equipment, and automotive architecture
• Relevant work experience in a global TIC organization or a major consulting firm
