Cybersecurity Engineer — AMK

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain security platforms, including endpoint protection (EPP/EDR), Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), NetFlow and Vulnerability Management Systems.

• Implement and review operating system security baselines.

• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and security reviews.

• Track security findings and work with relevant teams to ensure fixes are implemented, verified and closed on time.

• Review and update security risks in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform.

• Investigate security incidents, policy violations and exceptions, and support follow-up actions.

• Review user access, validate accounts and check server logs for compliance with security policies.

• Work with project teams to ensure security standards and risk management requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or a related technology discipline.

• Cybersecurity experience, with knowledge of security operations and support.

• Good understanding of security risks and attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with different teams.

• A proactive attitude and an interest in hands-on security operations.
