About the role
DOSS2 Talent is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer for one of its clients in the industrial sector, located in Valencia.
MISSION
To safeguard the company's information, systems, networks, and assets against any cyber threat or attack, with the aim of ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, as well as protecting the organization's infrastructure.
To achieve this,
Identify and evaluate vulnerabilities in systems and networks to determine potential security risks and develop countermeasure proposals.
Develop security strategies and policies, as well as secure network architectures. This may include planning firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security controls.
Manage vulnerabilities by defining countermeasures and security solutions such as firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection and prevention systems, encryption, etc.
Continuously monitor networks and systems for unusual activities or potential threats.
Work collaboratively to prevent, detect, and respond to security events such as cyberattacks or security breaches.
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of existing and new cybersecurity products.
Conduct security audits and penetration tests to assess the robustness of an organization's security and ensure regulatory compliance.
Generate cybersecurity-related documentation to guide employees and raise cybersecurity awareness, as well as ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
Specialization: In Telematics, Information Technology, or Software Engineering in industrial or IT environments.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience related to the described duties.
Languages: High level, minimum English B2.
Organized and resourceful person. Good communication, integration, and teamwork skills.
