Cybersecurity Manager

Define the organization's cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with PDPA and international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001).
Oversee the outsourced Security Operations Center (SOC) for monitoring, detection, and incident response activities.
Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts.
Plan and oversee penetration testing with external providers to identify system vulnerabilities.
Plan and oversee annual vulnerability assessments across all information systems.
Assess risk for new systems prior to go-live and manage third-party/vendor risk.
Deliver security awareness training across the organization.
คุณสมบัติ
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security, with at least 2-3 years in a team or program management role.
Experience collaborating with outsourced Security Operations Centers (SOCs) or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with international vendors.
Experience in the retail or IT reseller sector is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are a plus.
