Cybersecurity Network Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
On-Premises Network Management: Administer and optimize enterprise-level local networks using Palo Alto Firewalls (Panorama), Cisco switching systems, and NAC integrations (802.1X/EAP).
Cloud & Hybrid Connectivity: Design and operate secure Azure cloud environments (VNets, Private Links, ExpressRoute) and manage secure Site-to-Site VPNs at scale.
SASE & Zero Trust Implementation: Drive migrations from legacy VPN/proxy infrastructures to modern SASE/SSE and ZTNA solutions, enforcing strict microsegmentation policies.
Application Delivery & Security: Configure and maintain WAF and Load Balancing solutions (e.g., F5, Cloudflare, Citrix) and manage PKI/certificates.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Perform deep packet analysis and firewall dataplane diagnostic workflows to identify and resolve complex network anomalies.
Requirements:
Required Certifications (or equivalents):
Network Security: CCNP Security or equivalent from other major network vendors (e.g., Palo Alto certifications).
Cloud Security: CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
Cloud Architecture: AZ-305 (Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions)
Technical Foundation: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, IP routing, encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL/TLS), and core network services (DNS, DHCP, NTP).
Enterprise Experience: Solid background in managing large-scale, complex network infrastructures and executing end-to-end cloud security rules.
Security Mindset: Practical experience with traffic filtering (stateful/stateless), threat protection at the edge, and identity-based access policies.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work under minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
Mobility: A valid Category B driving license and readiness for occasional travel within Europe (up to 10 short business trips per year).
