Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

We are partnering with a leading security solutions provider in Singapore to hire a Cybersecurity Operations Specialist. This role will support the ongoing operations, maintenance and security of enterprise environments, while working closely with internal teams, clients and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, monitoring and maintenance of cybersecurity infrastructure, including endpoint, network security and IAM solutions.
• Lead incident investigation and first-level response, including troubleshooting, remediation and escalation to relevant technology vendors.
• Drive vulnerability management activities, including security assessments, remediation tracking and patching across the environment.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements and operational reporting by maintaining accurate logs, documentation and security records.
• Lead and guide a team of engineers in delivering Day 1 and Day 2 operational support, while partnering with IT, network and other stakeholders to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 in cybersecurity operations, security maintenance or a similar technical security environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge across endpoint security, network security and IAM, with relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to lead engineers and operate independently.
