Cybersecurity Product Positioning & Technical Learning Expert

Create engaging product positioning and technical learning experiences, including eLearning, workshops, presentations, demonstrations, webinars, guides, and hands-on activities.

Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into clear customer value, relevant use cases, competitive messages, and practical sales conversations.

Work with Product Management, R&D, Sales, Training, and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, current, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

Deliver virtual and in-person learning sessions to technical sales teams and partners across different regions.

Own learning initiatives from needs analysis and content development through delivery, feedback, improvement, and business impact.

4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, networking, IT infrastructure, technical sales, sales engineering, product positioning, technical training, or a related field.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise technology.

Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, credible, and engaging messages for both technical and business audiences.

Experience creating or delivering content for technical sales, pre-sales, sales engineering, customer-facing teams, or channel partners.

Excellent presentation, storytelling, facilitation, and written communication skills.

Fluent English and the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
