Position Overview:
FusionNode Inc. is excited to offer a Trainee Program designed for passionate and motivated individuals. This program is an excellent opportunity for recent graduate or graduating students in IT and computer engineering-related courses to gain hands-on experience, receive comprehensive training, and potentially secure a full-time position with our company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with experienced cybersecurity and engineering professionals on real-word projects.
Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software and hardware solutions.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve current technologies and processes.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the field.
Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate or graduating student in Information/Network Technology, Computer Engineering, or related courses.
Foundational understanding or strong interest in Cybersecurity and Information Security.
Basic awareness of Network Security principles and practices.
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and software development.
Introductory knowledge or willingness to learn Application Security concepts.
Ability to learn and apply security best practices in a digital and AI-driven environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-based setting.
Willingness to be trained on-site in Malvar and follow structured training programs.
Relevant coursework, certifications in progress (e.g., CompTIA Security+), or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage.
Open to flexible/shifting schedules across different time zones.
