Job Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales & Pipeline Growth
- Deeply understand our Data Protection solutions and services
- Use a consultative approach to identify business challenges, risks & technical gap
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective discovery and valuebased pitching
- Lead the full sales cycle
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Conduct discovery meetings with IT & Security leaders, Security Analysts & Procurement
- Prepare value‑driven proposals, demos & presentations (with pre‑sales support)
- Build long‑term relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive repeat business & cross‑sell
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with pre‑sales, delivery, marketing & vendor ecosystem partners
- Provide clear market feedback to improve go‑to‑market strategy
- Contribute to marketing content, case studies & customer success stories
Professional Growth
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, regulations
- Participate in ongoing training to improve your product knowledge and sales capabilities
Job Requirements
- Postgraduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
- 2–3 years' experience in B2B tech sales (Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS)
- Exposure to enterprise clients or regulated industries
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, customer engagement, and building relationships
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
Job details:
- Permanent employment
- Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm/9am - 6pm/9:30am - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday)
