Cybersecurity SOAR Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SOAR playbooks and workflows.
• Create custom integrations and response automation.
• Lead data source integrations.
• Configure connectors and log parsing rules.
• Optimize log collection and retention.
• Build custom workbooks and dashboards.
• Develop detection rules and hunting queries.
• Perform operational and executive reporting.

Minimum Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SOAR platform management, infrastructure operations, or related technical disciplines.
• Hands on experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining platforms.
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking concepts, protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their security services
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent cybersecurity certification (if any)
