Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, world-class remote Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in protecting our digital infrastructure, managing threat landscapes, and safeguarding enterprise data against evolving security risks. You will integrate directly into our security stack and SOC workflows, executing offensive and defensive security strategies tailored to our environment.

• Threat Detection & Incident Response: Conduct real-time SIEM log analysis, threat hunting, and incident response to reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and mitigate potential breaches.

• Offensive Security: Perform penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and web application security evaluations using standard tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus).

• Defensive Security & Monitoring: Monitor enterprise environments using EDR and SIEM tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, Wireshark).

• GRC & Compliance: Align organizational practices with industry frameworks (NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10) and ensure ISO/IEC 27001 compliance and governance.

• Cloud & Network Security: Design, implement, and support secure cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP, enforcing Zero-Trust architecture principles.

• 3–12+ years of hands-on experience in offensive or defensive cybersecurity operations.

• Industry-recognized certifications are strongly preferred (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor).

• SIEM Platforms: Hands-on experience with Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or IBM QRadar.

• EDR & Tooling: Proficiency in EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne) alongside technical tools like Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Wireshark.

• Security Frameworks: Deep practical knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, NIST CSF, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

• Cloud & Network Systems: Solid grounding in network security, Zero-Trust architecture, and multi-cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to integrate smoothly into established SOC workflows and work effectively across time zones.
