• Perform security assessments of computer systems, identifying cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

• Design and implement action plans and protection measures in the systems.

• Monitor technical vulnerabilities, both internal and external.

• Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and standards.

What you'll get

At Eroski, we believe in people and their capacity to transform their surroundings. That is why we offer you much more than a job: we invite you to be part of a shared project, with purpose and a future.

• Contract: As a Permanent employee or as a partner. Our vocation is to offer you job stability.

• Your time matters: You will have flexible scheduling policies and hybrid work, two days a week, and a digital disconnection policy.

• Professional development tailored to you: You will participate in a transversal project in the Eroski Group systems with experts in the field and leading providers. Through the tools and a wide range of training, you will be able to advance in your professional development. We bet on internal talent, so you will have options to take on new roles in the future.

• We take care of you: Online doctor, free psychological assistance, digital physiotherapy platform, annual medical check-up, as well as parking service, and a dining service with homemade and healthy food, also available to take away. Additionally, if you are a partner, you will also have access to the medical network (Lagunaro) and banking advantages (Laboral Kutxa).

• Additional benefits: You will enjoy the MasXmenos program, which improves your compensation through tax advantages and the possibility of accessing the Basque language (euskera) plan.

• An environment where your voice counts: We believe in shared leadership; we encourage collaboration, participation, and collective contribution. We promote an agile, flexible, and inclusive environment, with a firm commitment to equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements

We are looking for people with a university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Security, and at least 3 years of experience in the cybersecurity field. We especially value:

• Experience in security assessments and the implementation of protection measures.

• Postgraduate training or a Master's degree in Cybersecurity.

• Knowledge in project management, definition and exploitation of indicators of compromise (IOCs), alert and incident management (SIEM, anti-APT), and proactive threat monitoring.

People like you: passion for technological security, with the ability to solve complex problems effectively, a detail-oriented person with the ability to detect potential threats, and because you love constant upskilling in Cybersecurity
