Cycle Counter BTS LOC
Summary
Performs inventory counts, resolves discrepancies, and supports production needs in a manufacturing facility, requiring physical demands and adherence to safety protocols.
- Performs inventory counts and verification based on established schedule and resolves discrepancies.
- Performs a variety of production and inventory support duties in order to maintain control over raw materials, parts in process, and/or finished products inventories.
- Manages daily support of production needs such as inventory accuracy checks to support business requirements related to production, inventory control, inventory planning or scheduling.
- Maintains effective working relationship and communication with all departments.
- Brainstorm action analysis with staff for inventory discrepancies daily identified through cycle counts or other means to prevent future discrepancies.
- Maintain gain/loss tracker.
- Perform safety audits - report unsafe activities or conditions.
- Maintains a safe, organized and efficient work area.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects 50+ lbs.
- Support Company Safety Policies and Procedures, understanding all applicable OSHA regulations and ensures compliance with regulations and company policies
- Overtime will be required as needed including working early, late and/or weekend shifts
- Must wear Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while on the shop floor
- Perform other duties as assigned.
