Cypress Testing

Job Description\:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Cypress and programming knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python to design, develop, and maintain robust end-to-end automated test frameworks for web applications.

Required Skills\:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Cypress test automation.
• Overall 4-10 years of experience in IT and minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Cypress is must.
• Proficiency in one of the following languages – Java / Javascript / Typescript / Python.
• Experience with REST API automation using Cypress or other tools is good to have.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodolo

Key Responsibilities\:

• Design and develop automated test scripts using Cypress.
• Implement test cases for UI, API, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to identify test scenarios and ensure full coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing automation frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in test automation.
• Prepare detailed test reports and track defects to closure.

Good to Have\:

• Knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, or API Automation.
• Knowledge in Insurance domain is good to have
