This position provides an exciting opportunity to support Czech-speaking customers in the automotive sector while joining a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and general support.
• Guide clients through the ordering process and provide detailed product information.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive products and company services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex inquiries effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in automotive products and services is highly desirable.
