Summary:

The position is to support management team for resource planning, business analysis, continuous improvement and KPI monitoring including the aspects of Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehouse operation in order to meet organization target.

Tasks:

• Business case study and simulation to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform short-, mid- and long-term resource planning and further advise the possible solution in case potential risks exist via cooperating with related teams.
• In a driver seat to identify the risks and trigger improvement via cooperating with related teams
• Support process/efficiency improvements, lean manufacturing and quality improvements
• Factory KPI monitor and improvement including:

o On time delivery
o Labor hours analysis
o Machine / Operational Cost
o Inventory Control
o Quality indicators
o Others

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor
