Join Centric Consulting – A Culture You’ll Love
At Centric Consulting, we've cultivated a unique approach to business. Our business is built on three fundamental principles: Enjoy the people you work with, have fun, and do great work. These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.
In this role, you will:
Solution Leadership & Design
- Lead the end-to-end technical and functional design of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, supportable architectures that follow Microsoft best practices and modern design principles.
- Facilitate discovery and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders; conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend when to use out-of-the-box capabilities, low-code configuration, or pro-code extensions.
- Author and maintain key design artifacts, including solution architecture, functional and technical design documents, data models, integration designs, and security models.
- Define environment strategy, ALM, and governance approaches, including solution layering, managed/unmanaged solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
Hands-On Delivery
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights - Journeys/Data), including tables, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, security roles, and Dataverse settings.
- Build Power Platform solutions using model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, Power Pages, Copilot Studio agents, and Power BI reporting.
- Develop or guide pro-code extensions such as plug-ins, JavaScript/TypeScript form scripting, PCF controls, custom APIs, and Azure Functions.
- Design and implement integrations using the Dataverse Web API, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, virtual tables, and third-party middleware; lead data migration strategy and execution.
Team Leadership & Delegation
- Serve as technical lead on delivery teams: break down work, assign and delegate tasks to developers and functional consultants, and ensure quality through design reviews, code reviews, and configuration standards.
- Know when to stay hands-on-keyboard and when to delegate, balancing personal contribution with team enablement to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Mentor and coach consultants, building technical depth across the practice and contributing to reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.
- Partner with Delivery Leads and Project Managers on estimates, sprint planning, risk identification, and status reporting.
Presales & Client Advisory
- Support presales by understanding customer needs, designing solution and integration architecture, preparing estimates, and contributing to proposals, SOWs, and implementation plans.
- Lead solution demos and proofs of concept that show the art of the possible with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- Serve as the conduit between the client community and the implementation team, keeping business outcomes front and center.
AI-Enabled Ways of Working
- Use Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot in Power Platform and Dynamics 365) every day to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, development, testing, and client communication.
- Champion AI adoption with clients by identifying, designing, and implementing Copilot and AI-powered capabilities (e.g., Copilot Studio agents, Copilot in D365 Sales and Customer Service, AI Builder) that deliver measurable business value.
- Apply responsible AI practices, including data security, governance, and human review of AI-generated output.

- Working knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Azure SQL, Azure AI services) and common integration patterns.
- Experience with ALM and DevOps for Power Platform, including Azure DevOps or GitHub pipelines, Power Platform Build Tools, and Pipelines in Power Platform.
- Comfortable working hands-on-keyboard while also leading, delegating to, and mentoring a delivery team.
- A daily user of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, with a curious, experimental mindset and enthusiasm for finding new ways AI can improve how we work and what we deliver.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, multi-resource projects across industries from inception to completion while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Skilled at diagnosing business processes, identifying issues and opportunities, and recommending practical solutions.
