About the Role
We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Lead to lead large-scale Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations and drive Azure-based integration solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solution architecture, technical leadership, client engagement, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex D365 F&O implementation and enhancement projects.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Azure integration architectures.
- Drive technical solution design, code reviews, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor development teams.
- Oversee data migration, integration, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure technical governance and delivery excellence across engagements.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) / AX
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Functions
- Azure Service Bus
- REST APIs & Integrations
- Experience in Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration.
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O technical architecture.
- Experience in solution design and technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
- X++ Development
- Azure Integration Services
- Power Platform exposure
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
- Microsoft Dynamics Certification preferred.
