D365 Product Owner

Role Purpose:
Role Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and maintain the D365 CE product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Align CRM initiatives with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
- Establish product success metrics, KPIs, and adoption targets.
- Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities and determine business value and implementation priorities.
Product Ownership:
- Own and manage the D365 CE product backlog.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise backlog items based on business value, risk, dependencies, and strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for functional requirements and feature priorities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with business leaders, process owners, and end users to understand requirements and pain points.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate roadmap progress.
- Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams.
Agile Delivery Leadership:
- Work closely with Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
- Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Clarify requirements and remove impediments impacting delivery.
- Support release planning and deployment activities.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.
Dynamics 365 CE Platform Management:
Drive continuous improvement across D365 CE applications, including:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights
- Power Platform components
- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Support platform modernization initiatives leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and AI capabilities.
Adoption & Change Management:
- Promote user adoption and engagement across business functions.
- Support training, communication, and change management activities.
- Gather user feedback and incorporate insights into future releases.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in CRM, Product Ownership, or Business Systems leadership roles.
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including architecture, development, testing, and business operations.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position with an opportunity to work on a hybrid working model from our Bucharest office.
