Contract QA/BA tester on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation programme: designs and runs SIT, UAT and regression tests for Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, billing, reporting), coordinates UAT with business stakeholders, and manages defects in Azure DevOps through to go-live support.
