DACH Education Manager
- Cultivate and manage relationships clinical speakers/mentors.
- Lead and support Peer-to-Peer (P2P) mentorship programs, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) education and follow-ups.
- Identify and develop Rising Stars as future faculty instructors.
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute annual local education strategies aligned with business needs.
- Oversee speaker and mentor meetings, large-scale educational events (Forums, Summits), and external partnerships (Congresses).
- Collaborate with Marketing in Limited Market Release (LMR) initiatives and General Availability (GA) managing speaker/mentor innovation adoption and education plans
- Build strategic engagement plans for faculty and speakers, ensuring advocacy, retention, and onboarding processes.
- Proactively manage clinical speaker/faculty contracts and relationships.
Clinical Leadership & Innovation
- Provide clinical leadership to Ortho/GP communities, influencing guidelines and best practices.
- Drive innovation adoption and contribute to growth strategies.
- Offer input to EMEA clinical/marketing for product/service improvements and new developments.
- Actively mentor peers and lead team activities; serve as backup to the Manager during absences.
- Build clinical training and leadership skills through observations and advanced training.
Internal Training & Education
- Align with EMEA Clinical Trainer to cascade internal education to local clinical teams
- Train and support internal teams, speakers, and mentors with relevant content, tools, and presentation materials.
- Identify and manage content for Speaker/Mentor presentations and Dr Education (Faculty section in Docebo).
- Collaborate with Clinical Relations Manager and Sr Supervisors on speaker engagement, events, clinical content, and data analysis.
Customer & Sales Support
- Handle top customer situations, resolving issues and complaints to completion.
- Provide clinical insights to improve customer experience and treatment outcomes.
- Assist the sales organization with clinical expertise and support.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing, Education, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
Field Engagement
- Conduct inbound/outbound calls with speakers and mentors to educate and support customers.
- Deliver educational events and deep-dive clinical training at customer offices.
- Maintain a minimum of 30% field time, with flexibility based on geography and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (DDS or equivalent); Master’s in Orthodontics highly desirable.
- 6–10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years in education, product specialist, or clinical specialist roles, preferably in orthodontics or dental technology
- Proven ability to lead strategic education initiatives, mentor clinical teams and influence others
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a challenger mindset
- Fluent in German and English, additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Expertise in modern instructional design and educational methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and general digital literacy.
