ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, genuine manner.
• Seat guests in an organized pattern to ensure smooth flow of service.
• Maintain current knowledge of service procedures, menus, Micros operations and seating chart.
• Complete tasks for guests as requested to ensure their satisfaction.
• Take all to go orders via phone or in person.
• Collect payment from guests by utilizing Micros system.
• Perform light bookkeeping duties and cash stand housekeeping as required.
• Ensure upkeep of all menus and dining room supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of lobby and dining areas.
• Perform daily side work as required.
• Engage in light food preparation as needed.
• Utilize suggestive sales techniques as appropriate.
• Thank guests upon their departure, and invite them to return.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
