DAE Mechanical Engineer - Production

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DAE Mechanical Engineer to join our Production team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a fresh graduate who is interested in gaining practical experience in manufacturing, production operations, machine handling, and shopfloor processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production activities and shopfloor operations.
- Assist in monitoring production targets and daily output.
- Support supervisors and production teams in ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor machine and equipment performance and report issues to the concerned team.
- Assist in identifying production delays, breakdowns, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Stores, and other relevant departments as required.
- Ensure production activities are carried out according to defined SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain basic production records and reports.
- Learn and support process improvement and productivity initiatives.
Requirements
- DAE in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shopfloor environment.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to develop technical and professional skills.
