Dallas Remote Real Estate Investor Outreach & Funding Sales Specialist
Capstone Connectors Dallas Remote Real Estate Investor Outreach & Funding Sales Specialist
Build relationships with real estate investors and professionals who need reliable connections to hard-money and private-money funding resources for investment-property transactions.
This fully remote Sales role supports our Dallas, TX city team. The work centers on personalized business development through social channels rather than high-volume call-center activity. You will research relevant real estate operators, begin professional conversations, invite qualified prospects into a private funding and deal-flow community, and schedule short onboarding calls for the team.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Find active real estate investors and referral partners through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, investor communities, podcasts, and related online groups
• Research fix-and-flip investors, landlords, wholesalers, BRRRR investors, brokers, investor-friendly agents, educators, and other professionals connected to real estate deals
• Start personalized direct-message conversations using approved messaging frameworks and authentic professional social profiles
• Introduce qualified prospects to the private real estate funding and deal-flow community
• Schedule appropriate prospects for short onboarding or triage calls
• Maintain accurate lead-tracker notes and conversation records
• Follow up consistently while keeping communication professional and non-spammy
• Participate in weekly setter coaching and team accountability sessions
• Work toward established daily activity expectations and use KPI feedback to improve performance
WHO CAN SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
You should be able to communicate clearly and naturally in written English and feel comfortable interacting with investors, business owners, and real estate professionals. Reliability, coachability, consistency, and the ability to work independently are important.
Strong candidates can research a person before reaching out and adapt a message so it feels relevant rather than copied. You should also have an authentic Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn presence appropriate for professional outreach.
Dependable internet access is required, along with the ability to work with tools such as Zoom, Google Docs or Sheets, Messenger, and a CRM or lead tracker. Weekly training and team calls are part of the role.
You do not need to begin as a real estate funding expert, but you must be willing to learn the terminology used by real estate investors and by hard-money and private-money professionals.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Previous appointment setting, sales, recruiting, social selling, or lead-generation experience can be useful but is not required.
Experience involving real estate investing, mortgage or lending, wholesaling, property management, or financial services is also helpful. Familiarity with concepts such as ARV, LTV, LTC, rehab budgets, bridge loans, fix and flip, BRRRR, DSCR, proof of funds, draw schedules, and exit strategies can shorten the learning curve.
PERFORMANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
After training, representatives are expected to complete at least 30 fresh, personalized outbound messages per working day and accurately document conversations and booked calls.
Once fully ramped, the performance target is 7–10 qualified appointments per week. Actual results can differ based on skill, consistency, market conditions, account health, and lead quality.
Professional conduct and compliance with the rules of each outreach platform are required throughout the role.
TRAINING
The process begins with a live group interview covering the opportunity and expectations. Team members receive training focused on identifying real estate investor prospects and conducting personalized social outreach.
Ongoing support includes weekly setter coaching, message review, campaign troubleshooting, approved scripts, FAQs, lead-sheet standards, and KPI tracking. Strong performers may have the opportunity to develop into team leadership responsibilities.
COMPENSATION
Full Time Salary: $2,067 to $3,067 per week.
PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL STANDARDS
All representatives must communicate through authentic identities and truthful professional profiles. Impersonation, discriminatory outreach, spam, unauthorized automation, misleading funding claims, guaranteed approvals, invented loan terms, and collection of sensitive borrower information through unsecured direct messages are not permitted.
HOW TO APPLY
Submit a current resume and complete the screening questions. Qualified applicants will be invited to a live group information session covering the compensation structure, daily responsibilities, training process, expectations, and next steps.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
Applicants are considered according to communication ability, reliability, professionalism, coachability, ethical judgment, availability, and qualifications related to successful performance. Applicants are not discriminated against based on protected characteristics.
