TRAINING, SUPPORT, AND OPPORTUNITY

You'll receive training on the services, sales conversations, and tools used in the role, plus weekly coaching, call review, and support with handling questions. You do not need to arrive knowing every real estate funding term; you should be ready to learn and put the training into practice. Strong performers may have opportunities to take on additional responsibility as the company grows.

Salary: $2,196 to $3,396 per week.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

Capstone Connectors helps real estate investors and professionals explore hard-money and private-money funding resources for investment-property transactions. You'll speak with qualified or scheduled opportunities supplied through the company's lead, marketing, referral, and appointment systems.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Asking questions to understand the investor's project, goals, timeline, and funding needs

• Explaining relevant funding-resource options clearly and accurately

• Answering questions, addressing objections, and guiding appropriate next steps

• Following up with qualified prospects and keeping organized CRM notes

• Taking part in training, coaching, and team accountability

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED

Clear communication, thoughtful listening, follow-through, and a willingness to learn matter here. Experience in sales, account management, business development, customer-facing work, or real estate may be helpful. You'll need dependable internet, comfort using Zoom and CRM tools, and the ability to stay organized while working remotely.
