Dancer/Hostess

Job Summary:

As a Nightclub Hostess & Dancer, you will enhance the nightlife experience by providing exceptional entertainment and customer service. Your role is critical in creating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere and ensuring that all guests enjoy a memorable evening.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and help create a welcoming environment.
• Escort guests to their tables.
• Engage with guests to promote nightclub events and specials.
• Perform dance routines individually or as part of a group according to the following schedule. 6 days per week, from 12:00 AM until 02:00 AM, four shows, each show 15 minutes with a break of 15 minutes in between.
• Encourage guest participation in themed dance nights and other promotions.
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout performances.
• Ensure safety on the dance floor, adhering to all nightclub safety policies.
• Assist with the coordination of special events and private parties.
• Provide general assistance to other staff members during peak times to ensure optimal service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on about upcoming events and promotions.
• Uphold the nightclubs image and adhere to standards of conduct and dress code.
