Based in beautiful Greece - with the option to work remotely across the country - you’ll be assisting subscribers with everything from payment inquiries to streaming troubleshooting. If you’re tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to start an exciting international career, this is your chance to combine work with your love for TV shows and movies!
What you will do:
- Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
- Answering how-to questions about payment
- Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
- Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix
Requirements
- Fluent Danish speaker
- Fluency in English
- Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Being a TV shows fan (or even a Netflix subscriber) will be considered as an extra asset!
- Relocation to Greece
- EU Passport holder
