About the role
Join an international customer support team based in Chania, Crete, supporting customers of a leading European online fashion and beauty retailer. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with their questions and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience for millions of users across Europe.
What we offer
- Remote position, connected to a vibrant team in Chania, Greece
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (1–2 per month)
- Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 — no night shifts

Requirements
- Native-level Danish
- EU citizenship or a valid work and residence permit
- Minimum 12 years of education
- Customer service, retail or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Availability to work on bank holidays
