Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting existing clients and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing professional support to customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
• Supporting customers with orders, documentation, and general account-related matters

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language (at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon, Portugal
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (required)

What we offer

• Full-time contract
• Base salary without accommodation: 1785€/month
• Base salary with accommodation: 1460€/month
• Public and private health insurance provided by the employer
