Data & AI-Driven Decision Specialist

  • Establish and enforce a single unified project data framework integrating schedule, cost, risk, procurement, documents, and models.
  • Govern setup and operation of Oracle Primavera Cloud (EPPM) including EPS, unified WBS, activity coding, resource coding, cost coding and consolidation of all contractor schedules into one synchronized master schedule.
  • Oversee integration of project data sources including, P6 / EPPM, EDMS (Aconex, ACC, Procore, etc.), Risk tools (PRA, Safran) and BIM / Digital Twin platforms
  • Develop and maintain integrated BI dashboards (Power BI / PMIS) providing Executive-level and project-level views, and real-time and near-real-time data refresh.
  • Apply AI-based analytics to detect delayed drivers and logic gaps.
  • Support quantitative risk analysis including probabilistic risk modelling (Monte Carlo) and Schedule and cost risk simulations.
  • Integrate automated progress tracking and reality capture data (photos, 360°, drones) into schedule and dashboards.
  • Support 4D / 5D and Digital Twin analytics linking BIM, schedule, and cost for milestone reviews and decision forums.
  • Ensure data quality, traceability, version control, and auditability across all reporting.
  • Maintain data-related risks.
  • Report to the Client on data maturity, predictive insights, and decision-support readiness.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously enhance analytics and AI models.
  • Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, BIM management Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
  • Develop procedures to facilitate sharing of content and knowledge throughout Hill international.
  • Coordinate with regional office for technical support required to ensure the correctness and completeness of the information production.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree in data Analytics, AI or Systems Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project controls, data analytics, or digital delivery on large-scale or mega projects.
  • Experience working in a PMC, Client, or governance role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Oracle Primavera P6 / Primavera Cloud (EPPM)
    • Power BI.
    • Schedule, cost, and risk integration.
    • Safran Risk.
  • Practical experience with AI-based analytics tools (e.g. Acumen, nPlan, ALICE, Oracle AI, similar).
  • Experience integrating BIM, Digital Twin, and reality-capture data into reporting environments.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
