Data/AI Engineer | Digital & Data
Description
You will:
- Design & build ML/LLM solutions: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and large language model solutions - from predictive models and classifiers to GenAI applications, chatbots, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems;
- Build robust data foundations: Design and maintain the databases and data pipelines that feed your models, ensuring data is clean, structured, and production-ready;
- Engineer for production: Apply solid software engineering practices - version control, testing, CI/CD, monitoring - to take models from prototype to reliable, scalable production systems;
- Integrate AI into business workflows: Work closely with client teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI-powered solutions and process automation;
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with data analysts, BI developers, and consultants to combine AI capabilities with Power BI dashboards and broader data architecture;
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with fast-moving developments in ML/LLM tooling and bring new techniques and best practices into our projects.
