Summary
Designs and maintains data pipelines connecting Dynamics 365 to Azure data engineering platforms, and develops AI/GenAI analytics and automation solutions on D365 data for the firm's application management (AMS) clients. Hybrid role (1 day/week in office) for a 6-7 year experienced engineer.

About the Role
We are looking for a Data & AI Engineer to design and support data engineering and AI/GenAI capabilities within Dynamics 365 ecosystems, enabling advanced analytics and intelligent automation for our AMS engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure Data Engineering platforms.
- Develop and support AI/GenAI use cases and analytics solutions leveraging D365 data.
- Build and optimize data models, reports, and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Support data quality, governance, and integration across D365 and connected systems.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify automation and analytics opportunities.
- Contribute to AMS enhancement, change management, and release management activities as needed.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Dynamics 365 data expertise combined with Azure Data Engineering skills.
- Experience with AI/GenAI capabilities and analytics solutions.
Good-to-Have Skills
- AMS project handling experience, including enhancement, change management, and release management.
- Experience with Power BI, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure Data/AI certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in data engineering and/or AI/analytics within Dynamics 365 environments.
