Job Responsibilities:
Data Platform Engineer: Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable data pipelines, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses. Ensure data integrity, security, and availability for downstream analytics and machine learning applications.
Data Analyst: Extract and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Build dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights that empower executive decision-making.
AI & Data Scientist: Research and develop advanced Machine Learning and AI models. Focus on predictive analytics, customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and recommendation engines to enhance business competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
Junior (0-3 years): Strong proficiency in SQL and basic statistics. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools or basic data wrangling scripts.
Mid-Senior (3-7 years): Capable of extracting deep business insights, designing complex ETL/ELT pipelines, or deploying machine learning models into production environments.
Expert / Specialist (7+ years): Proven track record in designing Big Data architectures, leading Generative AI / Deep Learning initiatives, and acting as a strategic data advisor to top management.
Skills / Tools & Technology:
Data Processing & Storage: SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Apache Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery.
Analytics & Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio.
Data Science & AI: Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, MLOps, LLMs.
