Responsibilities

What will you do?
As a Data & AI Transformation Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to improve how organisations manage, understand and leverage their data.
No two projects are the same. Projects range from AI readiness programmes and regulatory transformation to enterprise data governance, data quality improvement, customer data initiatives and large-scale data platform transformations.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Work directly with leading banks, insurers and financial institutions on strategic data and transformation initiatives.
  • Help clients understand their current data landscape and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Translate business challenges into practical requirements and actionable solutions.
  • Shape the design and implementation of data governance, data quality and AI readiness initiatives.
  • Analyse and profile data using SQL and other tools to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Help organisations build the operating models, governance structures and capabilities needed to scale data and AI successfully.
  • Own workstreams for clients in preparing their data environments for AI use cases and emerging regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with experts across data, risk, regulatory transformation and technology domains.
  • Present findings, recommendations and progress updates to stakeholders in a clear and professional way.

Requirements

Your skills and qualifications
We're interested in curious people who enjoy combining analytical thinking, client interaction and problem-solving. You may be a great fit if you have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in data, business analysis, data governance, reporting, consulting, process improvement or a related field.
  • Native fluency in Dutch or French, and fluent English.
  • A Master's degree in business, economics, management, IT, engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
  • An interest in data, AI, business transformation and financial services.
  • Experience working with SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • A structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to learn quickly and take ownership of your work.
Nice to have
  • Exposure to financial services, banking or insurance.
  • Experience with Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Alation or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DORA or BCBS239.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality or AI governance concepts.
  • Basic Python knowledge.
