Data & AI Transformation Lead
We're partnering with a leading global organization to hire a Data & AI Transformation Lead to drive the adoption and business value of Data & AI initiatives across the region.
This is a unique role sitting at the intersection of business, strategy, and technology, ensuring Data & AI solutions are successfully adopted, deliver measurable outcomes, and become part of everyday business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify high-impact Data & AI opportunities and develop business cases.
- Lead the adoption and enablement of dashboards, analytics products, and AI solutions across the business.
- Define strategic KPIs and help embed data-driven decision-making across functions.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and user adoption.
- Work closely with business, technology, data, and analytics teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
- Develop data literacy, training programs, and enablement materials to build confidence in using Data & AI products.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading Data & AI, Digital Transformation, Analytics, or Business Intelligence initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
- Experience developing business cases, defining KPIs, and measuring business value and ROI.
- Proven background in change management, user adoption, and driving organizational transformation.
- Strong project or program management experience across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex Data & AI concepts for business stakeholders.
