Direct solliciteren Neem contact op As a Data Analyst in Amsterdam at ING (COO Netherlands, Operational Performance Team), you work in a dynamic operational environment where data, people and customer focus come together. You translate complex operational data into clear insights and predictions for decision-makers across COO NL. What will you do? - Build and improve data models and perform statistical analyses across COO domains (e.g., Contact Centres, Daily Banking, Mortgages, Consumer Loans, Business Lending, Complaints and Incident Management). - Design and deliver deep-dive analyses on operational processes, including clear visualisations and numerical insights. - Support management reporting and ensure timely reporting to ING Group, the Executive Committee ING Domestic Bank Netherlands and COO NL management. - Maintain dashboards and handle ad-hoc data requests; contribute to sustainable, automated data solutions. - Identify functional and non-functional requirements for data products and challenge existing ways of working. - Provide analytical support for the yearly budgeting cycle and coach junior data analysts on their models and approach. What do you bring? - HBO/WO degree in a quantitative field. - 3-5 years of experience in statistical data analysis and working with data frameworks. - Hands-on experience with data preparation and analysis tools such as SAS and SQL . - Experience with dashboarding/reporting tools (e.g., Cognos ). - Affinity with operational banking processes, IT tooling and service concepts. - Strong stakeholder management skills and a structured, ana...
