Data Analyst (12-mth contract |Up to $4,800 |Data Protection)

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join a government agency's HealthTech Policy Division. You'll be the person who turns raw incident data into clear dashboards and actionable insights that help shape data protection policies across Singapore's public healthcare institutions.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track personal data breach incidents and compliance KPIs

• Analyse complex datasets in Excel — spot trends, anomalies, and patterns in breach data

• Conduct risk assessments of datasets against government data protection standards

• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on high-impact incidents

• Coordinate with stakeholders across different healthcare entities to track mitigation measures

Who We're Looking For

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field

• Strong Tableau skills — you've built dashboards, not just viewed them

• Advanced Excel — you're comfortable with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning

• Analytical mindset — you can look at data and tell a story, not just produce numbers

• Good communication skills — you can explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
