**Job Description:**
As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in interpreting data and transforming it into information that can offer ways to improve our business, thus affecting business decisions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data from various sources, and communicate insights through reports and visualizations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather, process, and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and various data visualization tools.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create pivot tables and perform data manipulation to support in-depth analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data cleansing and validation processes.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed to help drive effective decision-making.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst role or similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Proficient in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with data warehousing or ETL processes is a bonus.
