Performs data analysis to support the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's affordable housing programs and produces research that informs policies.
The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) offers affordable housing opportunities for Ohioans from rental assistance to homeownership. OHFA provides access to financial resources for the development & management of affordable housing. The Agency's programs serve first-time homebuyers, renters, senior citizens & other populations with special needs who otherwise might not be able to afford quality housing. The Office of Research & Analytics utilizes strategic planning, policy research, program evaluation & data analysis to support OHFA’s program offices & drive the Agency’s mission. In partnership with universities, state agencies & community-based organizations, the Office of Research & Analytics produces high quality data & actionable research that informs affordable housing policies throughout the state.
