WHY JOIN THE TEAM?
Our team is responsible for the BBC's sustainability strategy. More info at Sustainability at the BBC . This includes calculating the BBC's carbon footprint in line with the Greenhouse Gas protocol and tracking progress towards our Net Zero targets. Our remit is the whole BBC group, so we work with a wide range of stakeholders from production to international news sites to commercial activities.
We are looking for someone with a passion for sustainability, and a keen interest in sustainability data, measurement and reporting to join us as a data analyst apprentice.
The early careers apprentice would get involved with all aspects of our data processes such as data collection, verification, using our carbon accounting platform, data visualisation and insights. We are looking for someone who is highly numerate, has strong analytical thinking skills and with excellent attention to detail.
