Data Analyst
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Support & Integration
Aggregate, clean, and transform raw, fragmented data across various acquiring platforms and legacy systems.
Ensure data integrity during platform migrations and prepare structured data sets for deeper investigation and product analytics.
2. Quality Assurance & Reconciliation
Conduct rigorous data validation and testing to guarantee merchant and transaction records are accurate, consistent, and fully reconcilable.
Maintain high data quality standards to establish and defend a single source of truth across all platforms.
3. Data Visualization & Dashboarding
Design, build, and maintain automated real-time performance dashboards.
Provide clear visibility into new product adoption, transaction volumes, user drop-off points, and disbursement bottlenecks.
4. Process Automation & Optimization
Develop Google Apps Scripts, SQL scripts, or automated workflows to consolidate manual data streams from legacy platforms.
Eliminate manual consolidation tasks to significantly reduce weekly reporting overhead for the Product team.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence (fintech or e-commerce background preferred).
Technical Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency, hands-on experience with process automation (Google Apps Script, Python, or similar), and strong ETL/data integration skills.
Data Visualization: Experience building and automating dynamic dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Core Competencies: Strong understanding of data validation, transaction reconciliation, product analytics (funnels, drop-off points), and platform migrations.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to turn complex, fragmented legacy data into reliable, actionable real-time insights.
