We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and building data-driven solutions that support business decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business, requiring strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with both technical and business teams to understand their needs, translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions, and help drive better decisions through data products, reporting, and analytics
Key Responsibilities:
- Key role in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI that support business decisions

Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand challenges, opportunities, and data needs
- Work closely with analysts from other departments on defining and implementing solutions for new reporting needs, offer support regarding data inquiries
- Leverage analytical applications to translate data into stories and explain the meaningful conclusions of the analysis in written verbal and visual form

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytical solutions

Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, data accessibility, and decision-making through analytics
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of relevant analytical experience in a Data Analyst/Reporting Analyst/Business Intelligence Developer position

Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, CTEs, and performance optimization
- Previous experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or Qlik)

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes

Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with data modeling concepts and dimensional models
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing principles
